The Dongying-based China University of Petroleum is a national key university directly
under the management of the Ministry of Education, and has also been listed in “211
Project”, which is the Chinese government’s new endeavor aimed at strengthening
about 100 institutions of higher education and key disciplines in the 21st century.
With 4 post-doctoral mobility stations, 13 schools (departments), 22 doctor programs,
and 55 master programs, it is called “China’s cradle for talents in petroleum science
and technologies”. Besides,Dongying has other institutions of higher learning and
technical secondary schools like Vocational College and Senior Technical School.
There are also over 110,000 professionals of high quality working in Shengli Oilfield.
They provide valuable human resources for the economic development
of Dongying city. |
