has been listed as a “Pilot city of national informationalization” Dongying attaches
great importance to improve the soft investment environment. A “one-stop” service
system is established for going through all the formalities related to examination
and approval of business investment and management, by coordinated work of different
government organs. The examination and approval procedures are simplified and standardized,
thus improving the service quality and efficiency. Meanwhile, Dongying city is also
making every effort to turn itself to be a “Credit-based City”, which aims to strengthen
the sense of credibilty and legal behaviors among the public with a view to create
a first-rate service environment in compliance with international standards. |
